Our marketing department would like place single tickets buyers from last season into a fixed package for an upcoming season and create an invoice to mail them as a renewal form. Any ideas are appreciated!

If you are able to, you could use an existing single performance and roll into a package. This would be the fastest way to do that. But if you already have subscribers in the package then this might cause seating issues with the single ticket buyers (if their seats are already held by a subscriber). It also gets messy if you are trying to roll multiple performances of single ticket buyers into the package because there will definitely be seating issues!
One way you could do it is create a dummy performance and manually seat any single ticket buyers into it. Then you have total control over the seat assignment. Use that dummy performance as the rollover 'from' performance. It should rule out double seating issues (unless you accidentally seat someone where a subscriber is already sitting). The only downside is that it's more manual work for someone.
