Hi all,
Question...we moved to a new venue for our 2009-2010 season. We sat all of our subscribers manually into the new venue. Orders have started to come in and my staff can't change the source code or the order date.
Am I missing something or is that not possible? If it's not possible, the only other way I can think of to do this correctly is to delete the original orders and create new orders as subscribers renew. I'd appreciate immediate responses as we are processing now! Thanks.
Unfortunately, once you change the order date and the source code they are locked in.
Sad but true. Good luck! We recently canceled a week of our run and had to manually seat these subs. I just accepted I wouldn’t have this data for them but the whole subscriber base wouldn’t work!
