Yes, but that view shows Household name and we cannot tell if we need to add titles, if we need to swap A1 and A2.  From what I see when looking at Content view we would need to open every account to see if it requires correction.  It was easy to look at the actual mailing label from the report and correct those as needed. Perhaps there is a size limit to reporting and I need to change filter to get a smaller result.

Marina,

You can simply just click on Contents with the list highlighted in List Manager and do the same thing without having to run a report. Both the customer number and name are hyperlinked from the contents to go into the patron file.

I recently created a list of all patrons who purchased tickets with us this season.  Report is 117 pages long.  Ran the list from Reports & Utlilities - Lables and Letters - User Defind Format..."  Looks great on screen.  We are then able to double click the patron that needs a correction and save (cleaning up address format).    Worked great until page 36...at this point we lose the ability to drill into customer record from screen.  Has anyone encountered this problem?
