I recently created a list of all patrons who purchased tickets with us this season. Report is 117 pages long. Ran the list from Reports & Utlilities - Lables and Letters - User Defind Format..." Looks great on screen. We are then able to double click the patron that needs a correction and save (cleaning up address format). Worked great until page 36...at this point we lose the ability to drill into customer record from screen. Has anyone encountered this problem?

You can simply just click on Contents with the list highlighted in List Manager and do the same thing without having to run a report. Both the customer number and name are hyperlinked from the contents to go into the patron file.
