report of patrons’ attribute

Hi all,

I would like to get a report of patrons’ attributes. 
What I am looking for is to be able to generate a report for each performance showing the patrons with access/special needs attributes ( wheelchair, hearing loop requests etc…).  

Does anyone have an idea how to get attributes report ?

  • Brian's suggestion, or to approach from another direction - you could make an output set element for that Attribute and execute the output set using a list of accounts with that performance.

  • Also, there is a shared report in Task for an attribute report. It allows you to select the attribute and run it against a list. http://www.tessituranetwork.com/Community/forums/t/15814.aspx

    While I agree with Brian on how to determine your attributes for special needs/accessiblilty patrons, I would futher ask you if this information is needed internally, or is this meant for your house management?  

    We utilize CSI's to indicate accessibility or special needs for patrons for each performance, and attibutes to trigger the box office sellers to ask the patron if they require any special accomodations.  Each performance we pull a CSI Tracking Report, which gives details of the patron and their exact needs, and hand that to the House Manager.

    This is a little off track from what you were asking, but I thought I would throw in some more food for thought.  Cheers!
