Hi Folks,
I have a receipt for a debit transaction put through our machine that didn't get attached to a patron. I think it is likely that whoever was processing it went in and put through as a debit payment but then hit "cancel" or "close" on the order and it wasn't saved.
Is there a way to look up transactions that were authorized and cancelled? The order wasn't saved so I have been wracking my brain to think of a way to connect the payment to a patron. The bank can't give the information to us for privacy reasons.

We've had this problem in the past with our chip and pin card readers. For some reason, the debit transactions will process on the reader (charging the card), but the payment doesn't process back to Tessitura. In the past, I've been able to look up patron names using the Vanitiv Core Management site.
