a specific group buying specific seats, on line.

Hi We have a school group that wants to buy tickets, near each other in the same event. I am trying to figure out a way to make these specific seats available to this select group, on line. Most of these buyers will be new buyers. Thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks! Carol

    Hi - Yes, you can do this via allocations-  to do it online you will need to use a special MOS and a promo code to swap to that MOS online (from your regular web MOS). You should be able to embed the promo code in the link that you send to the group for ordering. We do this with our open caption seats which have to be in a specific area of the theatre to see the screens.  We also add on a discount too with the same promo code.

    I took a look at allocations and it was just what I needed. I added a promo code to change the MOS, pricing to match the special offer and it works!
