Hello!
Silly question here but looking for a creative answer. Our current ticket font does not distinguish between an "I" and the number "1". In other words, they look the same thus confusing some of our patrons sitting in row "I". (They ask for row "1" frequently.)
So, is there a way to just change the front for the letter "I" for this row, without changing our whole ticket font? Just curious.
Thank you for entertaining this question. :)
Cheers,
Beth Jones
I did play around with the fonts and sizes til I found something I liked.

Question for you Ellen: did you have to change your entire font for your tickets, or were you successful in changing just the font for the row letter on your tickets?
We like our current font on our tickets, but this particular font displays the letter "I" similiar to that of the number "1". I am hoping to just change the font on this particular row letter, not the entire font for the tickets. If it is even possible...
Thank you all for the conversation - glad to know too that we're not alone in this font issue!

We had a similar problem. I changed the way the seat location read to:
Section
Orch Cent
Row I
Seat 101
So far, so good.
