I am working on rollovers for the first time. I was able to do a successful rollover a few weeks ago. We are now sending out a second wave of notices to subscribers that have not yet renewed. I need to do a second rollover so that I can have these rolled orders at the new and higher price. I ran a seat cancellation in test. The seat cancellation worked fine, but the subsequent rollover did not. Any ideas what I could be missing?
Hi Brian,
We drop and re-roll everyone who hasn’t renewed into a higher price each season, and I’ve learned things like if you don’t exclude those who have already renewed and/or have a partial payment on their orders, they’ll each get another order created by the rollover. What specifically happened when you ran your subsequent rollover?
Thanks,
Janelle Torres

I run the seat cancellation and it shows the orders have cancelled. I then run a rollover containing a list of those that have not renewed. When it shows the rollover report, it pulls all of the orders from the original rollover, but shows a portion of them without seats.
I also tried a reset, but keep getting the notification that the set has not yet been run.
Interesting. You could try creating a new (identical) rollover set and see if that makes a difference? It's odd that it won't let you reset it. You may want to open a help ticket and let them see what's happening.
