I am working on rollovers for the first time. I was able to do a successful rollover a few weeks ago. We are now sending out a second wave of notices to subscribers that have not yet renewed. I need to do a second rollover so that I can have these rolled orders at the new and higher price. I ran a seat cancellation in test. The seat cancellation worked fine, but the subsequent rollover did not. Any ideas what I could be missing?

Are you re-using the original rollover set or creating a new one?
If you re-use the original one you will need to make sure it is reset before you roll it again. I would recommend reading the documenation on that as resetting a rollover set gets rid of some information that you may (or may not) care about.
If that's not the issue, can you be a bit more specific about the issues you're encountering?
