We are new to Tessitura and have just gone live in the past week or so, so there are so many questions we are coming across at the mo!
Anyways! We deal with local hotels,Tourist Info Centres around the local areas - that sell tickets for our theatre. They do this by calling us and we book the seats for them then put the payment method to invoice - so at the end of the month we can invoice all our agents with the total they are due - and this also included a break down of agencies and what shows they came to see.
Is there a way in Tessitura that could deal with this, but also at the end of each month produce a report that shows a total and what shows this particular agent has come to see? I have been told it can produce a report for each individual ticketing order, but with the volume some agencys sell - we were looking for something slighly advanced than a single report per ticketing order.
Also it would be rather interesting to find out how others deal with agency bookings!
