Are there any PCI focused organizations currently using TRBO? I'm curious how you're handling it without an encrypted credit card swipe.

We are just starting to look at this subject. At the moment, our only workable solution is a dummy payment type combined with a chip & pin machine. We were advised by our PCI consultants that this was ok provided we numbered each card slip printed for reconciliation. However, we havenn't tried this out yet as we haven't figured out how we can practically ask a member of staff on their own without a desk to carry all these items!
I'd be interested to know if you find a good solution!
