I work at Theatre by the Lake and have recently started using CSI's to manage our group bookings. Often this requires setting reminders such as 'Call to confirm numbers' or 'Call to take payment' however, once these reminders have been set I find that I can no longer track the progress of them and check that these have been completed without trawling through a list of all the company CSIs which is quite extensive and contains multiple historical issues. Are there any easy ways of keeping track of the CSI's follow ups that I've issued to other colleagues?
Please let me know if anybody else has found a solution to this one.

Hi Rachel,
Under Tools, select View Reminders. You can then check the 'View Managed Users Tasks' to see reminders that you've set for your managed users.
