I occasionally need to dip into our internet batch to monitor traffic and sales. When i go to Batch Administrator and select the internet bath it pops up the window asking if I want to take ownership of the batch which I say "no" to. if I continue browsing through the batch looking into orders/donations etc Tess repeatedly pops up the window asking if I want to take ownership of the batch. Is there a way I can turn the warning off?
Alec,You could run a report rather than looking at the actual Batch contents. In the Finance folder, use the Batch Payment Detail Report.
There is no way I know of to turn it off, other than to take ownership of it.
