Hey everyone,
We are reviewing how we import customer and transactional data from Ticketmaster. One of the challenges we face is that Ticketmaster in Australia are unable to provide us with individual "Sub Line Item" data as they don't record the price of each ticket - only the total price.
We have got around this in the past by getting Ticketmaster to reference pricing tables at the time the report was run to show prices. This method doesn't work with dynamic pricing though, as the price of a ticket when the report is run could be different to the price of the same ticket when it was sold.
Has anyone found a workaround to this? Is anyone obtaining accurate price per seat data from Ticketmaster in a customer data file on events with dynamic pricing active?

Hi Beau,
Maybe I'm misunderstanding the issue but TM are able to provide the equivalent of Order Export on a per seat basis rather than as a seat range - which includes the price the individual seat/ticket was sold at.
