We're running into a challenge applying a discount in QuickSale. We've set up our discount and associated it with a price type. When processing an order with that price type in the regular order window, the discount applies correctly. However, when we go into QuickSale and try to process the same price type, the Discount button is not working as expected: when we click the Discount button, the Select Discount window pops up, but once we click on a discount, the pop up window disappears and no discount has been applied.As I understand, applying a discount in QuickSale should also trigger the Allocate button, but that doesn't happen for us either.
Has anyone else run into this? Are we missing something? Thank you all!
