Is there any way to change the size of the buttons in QuickSale if you have a small number of rows and columns?
Click on Preferences (or Tools then Preferences), in the Scaling section, increase the Application Scaling to more than 100% (the default setting). This setting is based on each individual user.
Although beware of increasing the Application Scale value to more than 115% - I've found that setting it to more than this means that the Constituent Header begins to "disappear" from the bottom upwards.
