We currently don't have any fees on our events, but we are looking into beginning this process. We have many free events that happen here. Do any of you have fees on your free events? If so, how much is that fee and how did you come to that conclusion? Have you had any pushback?
We do not charge fees on our mission based free programming, but those passes do expire 15mins before curtain so we can seat the standby line.
We do charge a fee for staff comps and certain other comps to help us ensure attendance.
We also charge Facility Fees to outside presenters who pull more than 10% of capacity as comps at settlement.

Amy,
We do not charge our facility improvement fee on any free tickets, but that being said, if a patron selects a free ticket along with other paid tickets, there are fees charged on the order.
