Hi all! Looking for a swift and effective way to donate both seated and general admission tickets for resale. In the past we have used 'donate for resale', but that has proved to be time consuming if an order has hundreds of seats/tickets.

We return tickets (as if we were going to do an exchange) but once all tickets to be returned have been selected we go to the Contributions tab of the order and add a row for Returned Tickets Donation and set the amount to equal the total value of the tickets being returned. We typically only do this for small orders but I can see it working well for very large orders as well.
