Visible subs pricing when purchasing Single tickets

Hi,

We have just launched our new website with L2/TNEW and we have discovered when you add a subscription package to your cart and then go to buy single tickets you see all price types available for subscriptions. It is obvious that the MOS is subscription and isn't switching. Is there a way to prevent the price types from displaying but still allowing them for the subscriptions online?

    We are not on TNEW but we use one MOS for New Subs on the web than we do for Renewals on the web. So that each only displays the Price Type we want the guest to see. Then we make web User Group not have access to additional Price Types so that they can only be accessed with a Pricing Rule.

    I hope this gives you more ideas.

    Thanks, we tried that but because subs are sold on a different MOS (subs) to that of the single tickets, the exclude_pt table doesn’t seem to solve our problem.

     

    Unless there is something we are missing!

    Hi Lynn,

     

    Here at CRH we don’t use a subscription MOS, so I can’t be sure about its effect in this, but we use the table … WEB_EXCLUDE_PT to prevent a price type appearing in the single ticketing part of the site.
