We recently ran into an issue when we ran the subscription rollover program and later found that some accounts were missed and wanted to see if anyone else had ever encountered this issue?
Background:
We run our initial rollover segments using lists and dummy packages for subscribers to blind-faith early renew until real concert titles and dates are finalized. Once real packages were finalized, we then manually converted paid subscribers from the dummy to real packages and use the seat cancellation utility to remove all unrenewed/unpaid orders, prior to running rollover again for the real packages.
Prior to running rollover again we found that there were still a few unpaid dummy orders that needed to be manually removed. These accounts were manually updated and rollover was then run again however, the accounts that were manually removed were not captured in the second rollover even though they were included on the lists used for the second rollover.
Has anyone else ever encountered this issue? If so, what was the culprit for the missing accounts?
