Flex Subscriptions and Ticket Form Printing

Hello,

Does anyone know if anything has changed in that flex packages can be sent in data files to a mailhouse to be printed in Ticket Form Printing?  We are contemplating bringing our subscription ticket printing back in house because of the large number of flex packages that we are selling. So I just wanted to check and see if anything has changed in this area?

Thanks,

Amy

Amy, only Fixed Seat package orders can be printed with Season Manager/Ticket Form Printing.  Flex packages can't be printed with Ticket Form Printing which has always been the case.  Flex Package tickets can be printed with Batch Ticket Printing.

  • Amy,

We sell a lot of Flex Packages too and have worked out a process that still allows us to combine the Flex and Fixed Seat packages and send them out to a vendor.  Would be happy to share the info with you if you like.
