Price rules in roll over

We are close to doing roll overs for this season which will end up with 5000 subscription orders. Our problem is that this season we would like to set up the subscription super packages giving them their discount using price rules. But the price rule does not get triggered when doing a roll over, so what we are left with is 5000 orders where we need to trigger a price rule, in order to get the correct price on the packages. We are pulling the package price into the subscription coupons we sent to the customers, so the price needs to be correct. DO you have a suggestion as to what we can do in bulk, since we are not able to able to update an order through the database and we do not want to update 5000 orders manually. Thanks Eva

Eva, I've not personally handled such a situation, but I'm curious if this is something where applying a pricing rule or a promo code for a specific List of customers might do the trick. If I understand the situation correctly, you already know the people who need to get special pricing on their packages, so that part is a known quantity. See documentation on Pricing Rules in general here: http://www.tessituranetwork.com/Help_System_v125/Content/Pricing%20Rules/Pricing%20Rules.htm And more specifically regarding Constituent Criteria to apply to a Pricing Rule here: http://www.tessituranetwork.com/Help_System_v125/Content/Pricing%20Rules/Constituent%20Criteria%20Tab.htm Hopefully this helps or at least starts the path towards a solution! Thank you, Brian
