Searching for Order Numbers

I was wondering if anyone knows of a report or tool that would allow us to search all the orders connected to a certain Performance or Production Season for a specific Price Type Reason? We have recently come across a TSTATs report that shows, during our busy holiday season, a number of guests logged under the incorrect Price Type Reason. We would like to correct these orders, however, we do not know how to locate them specifically. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated!     The easiest thing if you’ve isolated those constituents as a line in T-Stats is to click on is to click on “exporting” in the top nav bar and click “create tessitura list” which will save them as a list of constituents in Tessitura’s List Manager and you can view the contents there to access those order.

    Hi Zach, Just to follow on from the response from Charles, in case you also have orders that are sold against ‘General Public’ rather than specific constituents too (I noticed you’re a museum, so that could be the case!)… Once you’ve completed the process he’s outlined, you can then also use the Performance Seating Book report; select the performance, include the General Public seats option and add the List you just got from TStats. When you generate the report it will then show you the order number for the ‘General Public’ orders. Alison

    Hi Zach, Just to follow on from the response from Charles, in case you also have orders that are sold against ‘General Public’ rather than specific constituents too (I noticed you’re a museum, so that could be the case!)… Once you’ve completed the process he’s outlined, you can then also use the Performance Seating Book report; select the performance, include the General Public seats option and add the List you just got from TStats.
