Extraction/List Criteria for Pulling Package Orders

I feel like I should have a firm grip on this already, but what is the best criteria people are using in lists/extractions for pulling all package orders that includes both seated and unseated package orders.  Most only pull seated orders.

  • Hi Joe

I'd use Order Search and use the filters to look for seated/unseated and Paid (or unpaid) Package orders. Do the search and then save to list.

Yes you would have to create a list for each package and then combine them into one list, but it works!

    Cheers

  • The order search, like Sandra suggested is probably the best/easiest option out side of having your database person writing you a SQL query to put into the List instead of using pre-defined elements.  However, you should still be able to do all packages together in one list if you utilize the "Cumulative Search" check box on the bottom right hand side of the Order Search screen.

    Just another thought!
