We have recently recreated one of our facilities. For our next season we are attempting to do the export out of the old facility and import into the new. I keep getting an error that I do not understand. The error that I am getting is 'Price Type is not valid for the Mode of Sale' I understand the meaning of the error just not why I am getting it. These are the same price types and modes of sale that we use every year so why would I get this error. I have even gone into the application and attempted a sale and was successful. I am using our subscription price type and our subscription mode of sale, but these are not packages. Just a single show that does not want to cooperate. Any insight would be appreciated.

Are you able to complete the import into a new sample perf on the old facility without error? If not, you may want to also check the mapping on your import template to be sure it is fully aligned with your procedure.

That was it. I update the .xml file with the correct information and it ran. Thank you!
