We are in the process of switching over and need to purchase printers. Any feedback on Boca verses STIMARE?

To be fair, I have no experience with any other thermal ticket printer than a BOCA, but I have to say, BOCAs are workhorses. When something does go wrong, support is easy to get.
We’ve had BOCA ticket printers since the early 90’s. The only time we have had to replace our BOCAs is when software outpaced the firmware in the BOCA and that has only happened once.
