I'm in Development so have very little knowledge of ticketing setup or pricing rules, but for our Membership events we often limit the number of tickets for members based on their membership level. For example, Individual members are limited to 2 tickets per event and Family members can get up to 4 tickets per event. Is there a way within pricing rules to set those ticket limits to our events based on a constituency or attribute? These limits will be used for both paid and free ticketed events. Any guidance here would be greatly appreciated!

Courtney,
I don't have direct experience with this, but it looks like Offers might be what you're looking for to enforce ticket limits based on the customer's membership levels.

You would have to build an Appeal and Source specific to your membership groups to apply the ticket sales limits, but that should do it.
Thank you,
