re printing a ticket

i know this question has been asked many times before (even though i can't seem to find it) how do i reprint just one ticket from an order?  everytime i press print it just comes out with the constituents name and address not the actual seated ticket. can anyone help?

    Load the order you want to reprint the ticket from, and then go to the Sub Line Items tab. Select the ticket that you want to reprint (so it is the only one highlighted) and then go to the Print Ticket button at the bottom right of the screen.

    This will bring up the Print Screen, make sure that you check the box marked Reprint Printed (so that it will reprint any tickets that have already been printed) and then choose to print receipts and Headers as needed.

    This should just reprint the ticket you need.

    Go into subline items. Then you can highlght just the seats you need. At the bottom of the screen there will be one button for Print Order and one for Print Ticket. Just choose the Print Ticket button and you are good to go.
