We are going on a journey of introducing dynamic pricing to our internally programmed events and I've hit a road block regarding adjusting the lowest price reserve. The view in the zoo is that we should keep our lowest price reserve accessible and not adjust it, despite my view that accessibility is also about value and what contributes to value.
Has anyone got success stories that they would like to share on increasing the lowest price reserve or learning from not doing so? I remember at TLCC it was talked about by many that they started off not increasing their lowest price reserve but then learnt that it was vital. Would love to hear more detail about this!

Happy New Year, Beau!We have 'extra' zones that are tbd; they are not designated across any seats until we need them.. We use them to create a zone and leave it at a specific price.
In other words, we can raise prices everywhere, add these seats at a lower price (often in the back corners of the main floor, or an area in the back of the top balcony), but not dynamically increase these particular zones when raising prices in other areas of the house.
