Hello all, I'm trying to make a simple process for patrons to buy our Flex Passes which we sell as fixed packages. On the Package Detail page the default setting next to the ticket selection drop down menu is "# of Subscription Tickets." This is confusing to patrons because by selecting "1" from the drop down, a package of four flex passes is selected. I'm worried my patrons will select "4" and end up with 16 passes they didn't intend for. I've checked https://www.tessituranetwork.com/tn_express_web_user_guide/TNEW.htm#Topics/Pages/Package_Details.htm and there seems to be no option to edit that text. Would there be any way for me to change this text to "# of Packages?"Thanks,Jonathan

Yeah, it doesn't look like that "# of Subscription Package" text is editable (unless you have a web guru who can try to go in and do any custom work there).
This wouldn't be the ideal solution, but you could specify in the TN_Express_Sub_Synopsis for the Flex Passes that selecting 1 from the drop-down next to # of Subscription Tickets means you get tickets to four performances; definitely a burden for the customer to be expected to read all the way through all of that though.
