Transferred Event Description in Order History

I know this is probably a dumb question, and I should probably know the answer, but I don't.   In an order, on the order history tab, can anyone tell us what an event description of Transferred mean?  We have an order where the patron purchased tickets, they were printed, scanned (flagged as attended) and then 3 weeks after that, there is another event description of Transferred and we can't figure out where that came from.

Teresa, there are two reasons why you would see a "Transferred" event in Order History:
    1) The customer to whom the order originally belonged was merged as the Delete ID in a Constituent merge.  During the merge, the customer_no on the order was changed to the Kept ID and a row was written to Order History (T_ORDER_SEAT_HIST) to reflect that the order had been transferred from one customer (the Delete ID) to another (the Kept ID).
    2) The customer_no on an order was changed by opening an existing order, changing the customer_no by entering a new number in the Constituent ID field and then accepting the change when prompted if changing the customer_no on the order is desired.

In both cases, you would see in Order History the customer_no associated with the order on all rows preceeding the "Transferred" event with this event and any subsequent events that update the order being associated with the new customer_no.
