I know this is probably a dumb question, and I should probably know the answer, but I don't. In an order, on the order history tab, can anyone tell us what an event description of Transferred mean? We have an order where the patron purchased tickets, they were printed, scanned (flagged as attended) and then 3 weeks after that, there is another event description of Transferred and we can't figure out where that came from.
It is usually that they have been transferred into another constituent account.
Ahhh….that makes sense….merged accounts in this case. After looking at the account in question, it was merged into another account. Thanks so much for the insight!!!
