how to Refund seats for a show that have been paid for please?
I should also mention that the method above only works when the seats have been ticketed (tickets issued). If they have not all you need to do is delete the line item and then refund the money.

This process can also be done from the subline items tab by selecting the seats and clicking return. The process is very similar.
