Hey ticketing peeps. For this season's rollovers / renewals we have pkgs that will be moving to a new facility. Last time we did this (years ago), we used the Tessitura Export / Import utilities during the process.
Basically, we would export current pkg orders; take this data & re-seat patrons to "dummy performances" we have setup in Tessitura that are associated w/ the new facility; import the edited data back into Tessitura; and then finally use the newly created orders for the rollovers into the new packages.
Does this sound like a good process? Or is there possibly something we're missing (or even a better way to do it)?
