Price Rule Locked

I don’t know that is something new.  We are looking on the tess website.

Pricing Rules are locked under these scenarios:

·         user group does not have edit rights to the security object Tkt Setup Pricing Rules

·         user group does not have view or edit control group rights to one or moore defined criteria within a pricing rule.  This can be one of the following:

o   Package or Performance Season

o   Appeal or Source

o   Price Type

o   Constituency

o   Keyword (Criteria)

o   List

o   Constituent Rank Type

·         Control group is also applied to the Pricing Rule itself based on the Pricing Rule Category

If all are affected, I would doublecheck the security for the user group, otherwise, I would look for a common criteria among all.

The issue was/is bigger than that, and is in the process of being rectified with help from Tess Support.

Pricing Rules are locked under these scenarios:
