We are trying to see if there is a way to get a list of the constituents who have purchased/Reserved tickets for each single performance, along with there seat numbers does anyone know if this is possible or not if so how do we do this?
I believe the Performance Seating Book report under Ticketing Box Office Reports should give you what you need.
Try the Performance Seating Book under Ticketing Box Office Reports. This will list all constituents along with their seating information. This can be saved to an Excel format. There is a column which tells you the status of each seat so you can filter out those who are not “Reserved, Paid”.
You can also save the report results directly to a List by selecting Save to List from the File menu.

Do you want it do something more complicated than the Performance Seating Book report? That can be run performance by performance and will give a list of all the customers and thier seats.

You can also use the "Attendance by Performance" report and it only gives the persons name and Const ID and how many tickets they have
