We have an education department that sells many classes, which are listed as AUX items on our TNEW page. I was recently approached to see if we can have a few of the classes show up on the website after the first day of class, as they allow late registrations. Is the only way to do this to set a different start date for the AUX listing, or is there a way to allow an AUX event to show up after the start date? I hesitate to actually change the start date listed in Tessitura, as that is the accurate start date for the class series.
Has anyone run into this problem and found a fix? Thanks!
