Not sure if this should be in this forum, but we have one Boca printer that prints our tickets strangely. It's acting like the ticket stock is feeding through off to the side. As in, what would be in the center of the ticket on one of the working printers, is printing more towards the top of the ticket with this particular printer. It's like everything has been moved up by about an inch, but only with this printer, so it's not the ticket design.
Adjust the laser eye in the BOCA that reads the stripe. Depending on the model there is a set screw or you can just push it. Once you pop it is almost self explanatory.
