We offer two electronic delivery methods here, the standard Tess Print at Home as well as a eticket for the iphone from a service called PassKit. We've offered both of these for almost two years.
Window operators say that the number of reprints holds steady at "lots". This doesn't seem to have improved at all as customers have gotten more familiar with this.
I'm interested in what level of reprints other organizations are facing?
