My organization is pursuing the use of Credit Card readers that are compatible with Tessitura. We'd likely need CC readers to have Chip In Pin functionality.
Any suggestions?
You may want to check out this useful page on the tessituranetwork.com about payment processors that are providing services in North America. Depending on your payment processor different terminals are available.

In particular look at the Vantiv Acquired / Vantive Gateway and Payment Express sub pages on this. These sub pages will show the credit card readers.
You will find that Tami Fox from the network can be helpful.

Hey Ben,
Do yourself a favor and purchase the readers through your merchant processor. Simply call them and see what models they have. This will ensure the proper keys are injected and your readers will work. Do not, I repeat do not go to some random site unless your are prepared for a potential headache to get them properly injected and working.

Hi Ben,
We've been using the Verifone MX915 since we went live in March. Setup is pretty difficult but I think we have a handle on it now. Plus, it always good to have a backup usb swiper in case the Chip and Pin is not working correctly.
