I'm fairly certain I know the answer to this but here goes -
The Box Office has requested a mechanism to block particular card numbers from being accepted, due to repeated fraudulent charge reports and chargebacks. We can flag the customer record in a number of ways, but is there any way to flag the particular card?

There isn't as far as I know in Tessitura, if there is I would love to know about it!
Our UK Payment Provider has a tool that lets us decline or flag cards for review, which we use here at the Hall, as most of our fraudulent activity is from online purchases. We can set a block or review based on card ranges amongst other things.
