On occasion we have groups that forfeit tickets and we do not want to process this income as a donation. Marketing would prefer to keep this as Ticketing income. Does anyone have a process for doing something similar? We are currently thinking to build a dummy performance for each of our Main Stage shows that these tickets can be moved to and still reported on in T-stats.

Hi Tim,
Using the standard Donate for Resale function does keep the ticket income in the same place as the original ticket purchase. This works well for us, but check out the documentation to see if it would work for you:
