Hi All,
We are fairly new to Tessitura and when we originally setup our season we did not put any Publish Dates on the performances. I am wondering if other users leave this blank or if you fill it in how long do you leave it published after the performance. We are getting ready to start our 2017 season sales so I'm wondering if it would help to have all the 2016 performances inactivate when they are over at the end of the day.
Please let me know your thoughts.

Hi Daniel,
I don’t put publish *client* dates on any of my shows, but I make sure the Modes of Sale are set to just after the performance time. I do, however, set web publish dates to end at performance time. We don’t want people to see ‘old’ things and get confused.
Cheers,
Kathleen

I also find the client publish dates incredibly useful for embargoed extra dates so front-line staff don't get too excited and tell customers there might be an extra performance added.
Otherwise we don't use them here.
