PAH to recipients

Are you talking about applying PAH to potentially more than one recipient per order, or just one recipient that is distinct from the owner and/or initiator?  Either way, I would be interested in that functionality as well!

Regarding just a single recipient, I have a work-around that seems like it is a glitch that nevertheless works for the moment.  If you, say, want to put the order on Customer A's account, with Initiator B, and Recipient C; what you can do is this:  Save the order on Customer A's account with Initiator AND Recipient C, and then edit the PAH e-mail address to the e-mail for Recipient C.  Save/Close the order, then load last order and change the Initiator to B and Save/Close the order without looking at the printing/delivery choices, and the e-mail will still go to C even though C should not be an option anymore.  I have tested, and that works even if you make the Initiator change to B before the PAH e-mail is sent.

It has worked for us, though I caution against its use, as there are obviously easy ways for that to go wrong, and it does seem like the sort of glitch that might be fixed at some point.  Nevertheless, it would I think get you what you are asking in the short run.

At any rate, I hope as well for some other and less convoluted options if anyone has them!

Thank you for the answer. Well even though it is a work-around it seems it could work. We would like some day to have the possibility to email different recipients on one order, but at the moment your solution would work for us.

I've been thinking about this too as a possible enhancement request - I'd love to be able to send individual tickets to recipients on a group order rather than one PAH email to the initiator!
