REPORTING ON DELETED/ADDED LINE ITEMS

Hi,

I manage the school bookings at Arts Centre Melbourne, and I’d love to be able to report on when and by how much schools are changing their booking numbers before payment is made.

Does anyone have a report that displays this information that I could use, please? 

The information I am trying to get out is

 

  • how often schools change their numbers;
  • how close to the event date that happens;
  • whether it happens more with bookings in one MOS versus another MOS (we have multiple MOS for schools); and
  • the number of the tickets adjusted.

    I work at the Witte Museum in San Antonio, Texas and I'm the Manager of Reservations and Logistics. We are new(ish) to Tessitura and don't have any reports (but I wish we did!) that you were asking about, but I can tell you how our group numbers change:

    -We do not collect any money from groups until the morning of their visit, so that is generally when we get the most adjustments.

    -A Reservations Team Member calls a week before the groups visit to get any adjusted numbers, but still lets the teacher know they can adjust again the morning of their visit.

    Also, I run our "Tour Sheet" report two weeks and then again at the one week mark to show the adjustment of numbers for our staff.
