Hi All,
We've recently started our season and are allowing patrons to donate their tickets back through our online path. We have language above and below selecting which seats they want to donate informing them the seats will no longer be held upon clicking donate. However, we are having patrons claim that they did not "understand" what they were doing.
Two questions:
1) If you allow online ticket donations, what language do you have on your website to acknowledge that seats will be returned immediately?
2) What procedures do you have in place if patrons want to retrieve their "donated" tickets?
