I am trying to find a way to easily track new and renewing flex package holders (to get around the lack of the subs summary for these patrons).
Right now I am considering the option of using the survey feature. Does anyone else do this and have any insight or considerations they'd be willing to share?
I am also wondering if I should consider using surveys in TNEW to help patrons self-identify as renewing or new subscribers. Any thoughts on that too?
