Hello all. I am reaching out in hopes someone else has been successful in using a screen magnification application for accessibility. We have a cashier in our box office that needs to have the screen magnified and we are using the application ZoomText10. However, it doesn't always work when a credit card is swiped for payment. The error we get when it doesn't work is "is not a valid credit card number. Check number and enter". Sometimes it works on retry, but not always.
We are not married to this product, so if someone has found one that works more reliably I would love to hear about it. Or, if you are using ZoomText and have found a fix, I would be thrilled to hear about that too.
