Ticket Numbers

Hello!  Is there a report that gives ticket numbers and constituents for a given performance/package?

Thanks!

  • Hi Brandi,

Do you mean # of tickets per constituent per performance?  If so, there is the Attendance by Performance report which you can run with Constituent Detail set to Yes.  That will give you their name, account number, # of tickets, and total counts by the selected performance(s).

  • I'm looking for the physical ticket number, not number of tickets.

  • Hi Brandi!

If you or someone at your organization has the ability to create custom report we have a custom report that I built that I think returns what you want.  It returns all active ticket numbers (so if a ticket has been reprinted it just gives the one actual valid ticket number) by performance based on season and performance selection.  It also returns the customer number, customer name, and order number.

It does not go by package, but I bet some could tweak it to allow that if someone knows SQL.  Feel free to e-mail me if you want me to send you the logic for it.

  • In addition to the e-mails I just sent, I have also posted the logic, and two screenshots showing the report set-up and a sample running of the report to my profile.

Feel free to let me know if you have any questions, concerns, etc...

  • Hi John,

Would you mind sharing this with me as well (ksmith@floridastudiotheatre.org), or posting to your Network profile?  It could help alleviate a problem we’re having with reprinted tickets and scanning…

    Cheers,
    Kathleen
